The main purpose of anonymous reporting is to allow us to get an understanding of the prevalence of issues within our community. We use anonymous reports to identify broad trends or patterns of behaviour which can be addressed, for example, identifying training needs in a particular area. Making an anonymous report means that we will not be able to contact you to offer any advice or support. Most importantly, it means we will not be able to contact you to provide any updates in relation to your report. If you require support or would like us to consider specific action under the appropriate procedure, we strongly encourage you to consider making a named report.

Thank you for reporting. You have chosen to report anonymously which means we will not be able to contact you to offer you any support nor provide updates in relation to your report. You can find more information on how we deal with anonymous reports here.
